The SeaI/O-420E is a network-based digital I/O module designed for Ethernet-enabled control and automation. It provides 16 optically isolated inputs for safe connection to sensors, switches, or field logic signals, and 8 Form C (SPDT) relay outputs capable of switching up to 60VDC at 2A—suitable for controlling low-voltage actuators, alarms, and process equipment.
This module communicates using Modbus TCP, making it compatible with virtually all modern PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial PCs. It can also be integrated via the SeaMAX API for custom Windows or Linux software applications.
Inputs and outputs are clearly grouped and accessed through removable 3.5mm terminal blocks for fast, organized field wiring. The unit is powered through a 9–30VDC external source, making it suitable for a wide range of deployment environments.
With the Sealevel Modbus Connect iOS app, engineers can remotely monitor, test, and troubleshoot devices during development or in the field.
